Installation was done also very quickly and you would have never known they were here as they also cleaned up well afterwards! Our 20 year old system had issues and we decided to replace everything instead of continuing to dump money into it. I honestly hated the thought of doing it especially when I really didn't consider it "old". I had Randy come out and the first thing he asked me was several questions about how my old system ran. He then told me I had too large of a system and it was never running efficiently or correctly. He asked if our house ever felt warm? The answer was no! Because too large of a system was installed, Randy explained that it was short cycling and not warming the air in the room. He told us we needed to go to a 100K BTU furnace and it would run longer but actually heat the house like it was designed. Randy was 100% correct. This past winter was the first time in 20 years that my family has ever said it felt warm inside the house! Basically prior to this we were wasting propane!
His crew did a nice job installing the furnace and air conditioner. They hauled out our old system and cleaned up things. They came back a few days after the install and put in a humidifier after making a custom mount for it due to the angle of my air duct. Everything works great. The equipment is very good quality. We would definitely recommend Vandemark Heating and Cooling. Randy was very impressive with his knowledge of systems and how they are supposed to function, and sizing a system correctly to a home. We are very pleased.

Randy and his crew helped solve an issue with my mini-split AC and also installed a new home AC unit. Everything went well and it was a professional job done well. Will use them again.

Was very responsive when I called on a Saturday when the heater was out, showed up when he said he would and did what he could to get the heater to work through the weekend! Ended up needing a new system as it was 24 yrs old, showed up that Monday with two of his guys and had it replaced and going with the day!

Our Heat Pump stopped working on a Saturday evening. Randy and his team at Vandemark were able to have the unit diagnosed, and the replacement unit on order by Tuesday. The pricing quoted for the replacement unit was extremely comparable to all other competitors. The professionalism, Responsiveness, and overall performance of Vandemark are second to none! We have used Randy many times to look at and fix our furnace and air conditioner issues. Could not be happier with the service he and his employees provided. Very friendly and knowledgeable. He walked me through a thermostat wiring issue on the phone that I could resolve myself and even arranged for a part to be delivered to my home to fix my heat pump. Will use this business in the future.

Which we now do on an annual basis. But as a subcontractor I have worked with Randy on many projects and have always known him and his employees to be honest and professional without fail. I have heard many positive comments from homeowners through the years about the service they received. On time service and work performed as promised. I have recommended Randy to friends in the past and have never gotten a bad report. And I will continue to recommend him in the future.

Our experience with Vandemark Heating and Cooling was excellent... When our furnace decided to become non functional We had Randy and his crew take a look and decided we needed to replace our unit.. They were right on it and got it done. Very respectful of my space removed the old unit cleaning up afterwards and leaving us with a Nice clean area and now a warm more efficient furnace...
